The E-Zone regime applies to companies operating internationally.
The main requirement is that 75% or more of the company's turnover must be obtained from exports.
No customs duties are imposed on imports, transshipments and/or exports of goods.
Foreign exchange transactions related to free zone goods are exempt from commissions.
This regime is implemented by establishing the company in one of the two E-zones (Willemstad port and the airport) through an application to the Ministry of Economic Development.
